The Role

Based in Greenway; this role will play part of the day to day operations of GYG's very first Food Truck and venture with Google to deliver GYG's food via Drone.

This role will suit an individual who is self-motivated and has the drive and enthusiasm to help launch this exciting new project! Additionally, the individual should be passionate about food and hospitality, and is motivated to promote GYG's values and display energy and enthusiasm for the unique brand.

Availability from Monday - Sunday between 9am - 9pm, for approx 15- 25 hours per week is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform the tasks of the sales & food prep position competently and confidently, including the clear understanding of pre-shift, peak hours, non-peak hours and pre-close procedures.
• Participates in GYG Crew as a team player and displays behaviour consistent with organisational policies and guidelines.
