The position
A Culinary & Operations Coach (GYGs term for Area Manager) does more than coaching. Based in Brisbane, you will play pivotal role within GYG by leading, motivating and supporting our corporate stores and their teams to drive sales growth and deliver results. You will ensure there is no compromising on food safety and quality as well as help build great restaurant teams so that every customer will love us.
Things move quick around here! As a leader, you’ll be looked upon as a calming force when the heat’s on. On any given day you will provide strategies to Franchisees to increase profitability, lead and develop people and proactively improve customer experience.
